Criminal defence & domestic violence lawyers

We provide legal advice and appear in court for adults and young people charged with criminal offences in courts across Sydney.

Our experience includes appearing and instructing in all criminal matters including complex criminal trials in the District and Supreme Courts, summary hearings, sentence proceedings, bail applications, Children’s Court matters and appeals.

Whilst we act in all criminal law matters, we have a particular interest in providing practical legal advice and court advocacy for women and children charged with criminal offences or named in Apprehended Violence Orders (domestic violence or personal), particularly those affected by family violence.

Negotiations with police

We can talk to police on your behalf and negotiate charges, agreed facts and pleas where appropriate.
